Description:

Oversee all aspects of our growing concrete division including, sales, estimating, employee hiring, operations, etc. They sell over $1mm worth of concrete and want to go to $5mm-$7mm. Salary position starting at $110,000 plus 8% of the division profits with no cap on earnings. Other benefits include company, car, 401 (k), health care, paid vacations. Must have minimum 7-10 years of concrete experience including field related operations, estimating and a strong desire to sell.
