Description:

Oversee all aspects of growing the asphalt paving division including, sales, estimating, employee hiring, operations, etc. They sell over $4mm in asphalt paving each year and want to grow it to $7-8mm per year. Other benefits include company, car, 401 (k), health care, paid vacations, etc. Must have minimum 7-10 years of concrete experience including field related operations, estimating and a strong desire to sell.
