Description:

Duties

• Produce high quality plans at the least possible cost
• Estimating, bidding, project delivery etc.
• Review bid requirements, agreements, change orders, RFI's, submittals, etc.
• Monitor and analyze project budget vs actual costs
• Scheduling
• Walk site with Superintendent daily to identify progress and issues

Requirements

• Must have HCSS experience
• Degree in Construction Management or industry related field
• 5+ years’ experience in civil construction
