Description:

We are currently looking to add a new Estimator with experience in Heavy Civil site work to our growing team. 

The ideal Estimator candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to work with a high performance team.   This Estimator position requires collaboration with internal and external customers and has the potential for growth and the ability to impact the organization.

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Full scope project management from solicitation to project completion
• Create accurate estimates for various types of jobs including commercial and residential subdivisions
• Provide clear detailed take offs
• Meet with clients to discuss options for proposed services
• Maintain consistent communication between field leadership and clients
• Budget planning and change orders
• Develop and maintain profitable relationships with subs and vendors

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an Estimating/Project Management role with site work involving earthwork, utilities and paving
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Self-motived, positive attitude, and strong emotional intelligence
• Experience with bidding software, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with B2W, Microsoft Projects and Blue Beam preferred
• Familiar with OSHA regulations
