• Leading all survey efforts in the office and field
• Communicating with clients as well as generating new work
• Responsibility for overall performance of the survey group
• Ensuring that quality services are provided to our clients
• Interacting with other internal disciplines
• Preparing boundary maps, plats, topographic surveys, and base maps
• Tracking the financial performance of the group
• Billing clients and collecting debt
• Proposal preparation
• Developing marketing strategies
• Keeping current with technology
• Training employees from all levels within the division
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Relevant Experience: 6+ Years
• Management Experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team
