Working Foreman- Fleet Maintenance

Reputable company is hiring for a Working Foreman - Fleet Maintenance. 

Must have managed maintenance for heavy construction equipment (excavators, backhoes, dump trucks, etc.).  Those without this experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Hiring, training, managing employees & mechanics.
• Creating, implementing, managing preventative maintenance schedule.
• Diagnosing breakdowns, making necessary repairs.
• Strong electrical knowledge.
• Managing breakdowns, minimizing downtime.
• Management of maintenance reporting.

Looking for a strong leader, with ability to lead a team as well as train mechanics as needed.  This is a hands on Working Foreman position to make repairs, conduct maintenance on equipment, and maintain fleet is in working order.

This is a full time, permanent position.
