• Implement and maintain safety protocols in compliance with company standards.
• Manage inventory levels through effective inventory management practices.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and streamline processes.
• Oversee materials handling and ensure proper techniques are used for heavy lifting.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to promote a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely distribution of products.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory management practices.
• Familiarity with safety standards in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on process improvement.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Must be Forklift Certified.
