Terminal Manager

Reputable company seeks to hire an experienced Terminal Manager.

Qualified candidate must have at least 10 years’ transportation industry experience as well as truckload experience.  Those without this experience will not be considered.

Must be experienced with:

• Full P&L responsibility
• Dispatch Operations
• Rate Negotiations
• Safety, OSHA & DOT rules & regulations
• Excellent Customer Service
• KPIs
• Hiring, Firing, Performance Reviews
• Coaching & Training Employees

Looking for a motivated, self-starter with excellent leadership quality to lead the terminal, motivating employees, keeping minimal downtime & ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

This is a full time, permanent position.  Relocation assistance offered.

Location: Fresno, CA

Salary: $80K - $125K (plus bonus)
