Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Plan, implement and oversee the work of staff members to ensure efficiency & compliance with company policies & procedures.
• Monitor and direct all dispatch activities; including tracking, routing, and managing dispatchers.
• Provide excellent customer service and utilize problem-solving abilities as issues arise to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure staff members comply with safety rules & regulations according to OSHA & DOT standards.
• Manage P&L, budget & forecast.
