Description:

Project Manager- Commercial HVAC

Location: New York City

Salary: $100k-$160K

Job Responsibilities:

·         Accomplish takeoff for commercial and industrial HVAC systems, process piping and accessories.

·         Develop bid prices and proposals.

·         Manage deadlines, progress, and quality on multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Develop final construction closeout documents from installed systems.

·         Lead crews in schedule adherence and planning at the site level.

·         Well-crafted experience in mechanical design using CAD software like AutoCAD, Creo Parametric, SolidWorks, SketchUp Pro, and CATIA.

·         Knowledge of DFM, DFA, GD&T, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.

Qualifications:

·         10+ years of hands-on experience in Mechanical Trades.

·         5-10 years of Management in Mechanical Commercial Projects

·         Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Must be willing to work occasional nights and weekends.
