Currently available:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the mechanical industry
• Experience with projects in schools, healthcare, institutions, government, commercial
• Analyze blueprints, construction drawings and other documentations to prepare accurate time, cost, materials and labor estimates
• Estimate projects and change orders to comply with profit guidelines and project requirements
• Provide conceptual design and pricing
• Work with material suppliers on pricing, performance reliability, and availability of equipment
• Evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements
• Attend pre-bid site meetings
