Description:

Reputable company is seeking to hire an experienced HVAC Project Manager to add to their team.

Qualified candidate must have at least 10 years’ HVAC/mechanical & plumbing experience in a construction environment.

Must be experienced with or knowledge of pricing & estimating work.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Responsible for leading all areas of estimating process on projects assigned.
• Implement and enforce company safety policies.
• Provide specific direction to Project Engineers & Project Assistants.
• Review all contacts, shop drawings, submittals, etc.
• Prepare construction schedule of values & pay applications.
• Source subcontractors and issue subcontracts.
• Review all material & subcontractor invoices.
• Prepare estimates for design build and plan & specification work.

Looking for a motivated leader to manage multiple field crew on multiple projects.  This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.  Relocation assistance offered.  Excellent compensation package offered based on experience.
