Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HVAC Foreman to lead our team in providing exceptional heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and have hands-on experience in HVAC systems, plumbing, and equipment repair. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage projects efficiently while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.  Must have commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and service personnel.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Review schematics and HVAC designs to ensure proper installation and functionality.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
• Provide technical guidance on mechanical knowledge related to HVAC/R systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Train new staff on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices in HVAC service.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman or similar role in the field of HVAC.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot using tools such as an ohmmeter.
• Experience in field service operations with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Welding skills are desirable for equipment repair tasks.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
