Description:

An established and reputable company is seeking a HVAC Commercial Service Manager for their location in Des Moines, IA. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

Responsibilities:

·         Promote and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service operations group including answering client questions related to services provided.

·         Provide internal support to the Service Department

·         Coordinate your team’s daily schedule with our dispatch department.

·         Provide technical support and direction to field service technicians and ensure that proper service techniques are utilized.

·         Conduct site surveys, estimates, and follow through on small projects.

·         Provide technical estimating support to sales personnel.

·         Performs project and account management tasks including but not limited to managing, supervising, planning, and communicating.

·         Multi-task in a way that allows for proper coordination of all service department activities.

·         Be detail oriented with a strong understanding of customer service and employee relations.

·         Successfully operate in a dynamic environment to ensure business objectives are met.

·         Efficiently plan, coordinate, and oversee field service operations.

·         Identify workflow weaknesses and implement corrective action.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Proven track record in HVAC management, with supervisory experience

• Knowledge of HVAC

• Good presentation skills; able to convey confident and decisive messages

• Multitasker

• Great attitude and ability to motivate others

• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check 

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $90K-$120K

Work Location: On-site Des Moines, IA

Schedule: Monday-Friday
