Director of Claims
Reputable company seeks to hire a Director of Claims to add
to their team!
Qualified candidate must have strong leadership skills as
well as at least 10+ years’ experience in all aspects of commercial claims.
Must have experience managing large loss, complex
claims. Must be well-versed in auto liability & bodily injury.
- Coach, mentor &
develop adjusters.
- Work with other
departments such as marketing, actuaries & accounting.
- Develop new policies,
processes, practices, and SOP’s.
- Work with outside
vendors.
Must have Florida Adjuster License or sit for the
exam. CPCU credits required.
This position may require going to sites to review in
person. This is a hands-on, working Director role.
