Director of Business Development – Tanker Transportation

Reputable company seeks to hire an experienced Business Development Director to add to the team!

Must have bulk tanker transportation sales background.  Those without will not be considered.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Responsible to build, maintain and manage strong relationships with new & existing customers.
• Must possess strong negotiating skills as well as time management & communication.
• Prospect new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising, visits, etc.
• Continuously improve operations solutions & build customer rapport.
• Foster communication & collaboration with supporting departments.
• Strong closing abilities with excellent follow up.
• Maintain files and updating reports.
• Track & manage customer accounts.
