Description:

·         5+ years experience in Estimating and Project Management in demolition, excavation and environmental remediation

·         Project Management history in commercial, industrial and environmental projects

·         Experience with all aspects of project management, negotiations, pre and post contract award management

·         Excellent organizational, customer relations and communication skills

·         Management of all on-site subcontractors, equipment, materials purchasing, quality and progress measurements

·         Responsible for permits, licensing, cost and budget control, management of time tables

·         Ensure contractual scope and fulfillment from development to successful completion of project
