Description:

  • Prepare annual budgets for all service and construction departments
  • Review and monitor monthly and year end financials
  • Work directly with project managers & department managers
  • Manage all job costing functions
  • Process all construction billings
  • Conduct collection calls on accounts receivable
  • Approve accounts payable daily
  • Conduct credit checks on all new customers
  • Prepare all paperwork needed by customers (lien waivers, certified payrolls, insurance certificates) in order to ensure timely payment
  • Create purchase orders and subcontract agreements as needed
  • Prepare revenue and cost analysis reports of customers for review
  • Initiate an equipment service history report
  • Maintain inventory ledgers of our service and construction department
