Electrical construction company seeking an experienced Divisional Manager to lead Louisville operations. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on project management of large-scale commercial and industrial projects.  This is a hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead division operations, business development, and revenue growth

Manage high-profile electrical projects from start to finish

Build client relationships and oversee financial performance

Ensure safety, quality, and timely project delivery

Qualifications:

7–10 years in electrical construction; 5+ in project management

Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects

Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills

Proficient with NEC, project tools, and Microsoft Office
